Nader W. Nassif is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in
criminal litigation. Mr. Nassif has tried cases in municipal, state, and federal courts.
Mr. Nassif's experience includes trials in criminal cases, civil cases and domestic
Mr. Nassif began his career in the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office where
he quickly gained notoriety for his exceptional courtroom demeanor. He was soon
after hired by the Lorandos Joshi Law Firm where he worked on several high-profile
defense cases before opening his own prolific criminal defense practice.
Mr. Nassif is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and the Eastern District
Federal Court of Michigan. He is a long standing member of the Criminal Defense
Attorneys of Michigan; the Federal Bar Association; the Washtenaw County Bar
Association and remains faithfully involved in the education of future attorneys as
a Senior Board Alumni of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Journal of Practical &
Mr. Nassif has been featured in the SADO Criminal Defense Newsletter, Res Ipsa Magazine, and The Pillar. He has been a repeat speaker at both Eastern Michigan University as well as Thomas M.
